Duty Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary :
Duty Manager to join a friendly team. Shifts comprise of 7am-3.30pm, 3-11pm with over night stay.
Main duties:
Overseeing the smooth running of the hotel, ensuring guests are happy.
Reporting any issues to the Proprietor while on shift
Assisting in each department as and when required
Ensuring all Health and Safefy procedures are adhered to
Supervising staff in all departments
Experience and skills required:
Experience in hospitality essential, preferably in managerial role in a similar quality establishment (but not essential – may suit someone at a supervisory level wishing to progress)
