£10.74 Per Hour – Full Time – 40 Hours – 5 Days Per Week

As part of our site leadership team, you'll be responsible for the hotel on your shift. From reception, to the restaurant you will be leading the team to deliver the best standards and service to our guests. You won't want the normal 9-5, flexible shifts is what we offer! Who are we looking for?

Proven leadership experience within a customer facing environment, ideally in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality venue.
Strong communication skills and passion to ensure an amazing guest experience is delivered consistently.
Problem solving skills to help deal with any queries or complaints, ensuring guests are fully satisfied with the outcome.
Good knowledge of using computer systems.
