A leading independent day nursery based in London is seeking a number of Early Years Practitioners to join its expanding team at their North West London setting. These roles are ideal for candidates who are passionate about children’s development and seeking exciting new challenges and career progression.
You will be required to hold a recognised level 3 Early Years qualification.
As an Early Years Practitioner, your duties will include:
* Communicating with your Manager on any day to day issues in relation to your role.
* Being aware of OFSTED national standards.
* Implementing and supporting policies.
* Maintaining up to date records on children attending the nursery.
* Being responsible for housekeeping duties.
* Working effectively with other team members and support each other.
To be a successful Early Years Practitioner, you will have the following skills and experience:
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A recognised level 3 Early Years qualification
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently within a team structure.
* A positive approach to flexibility within the nursery, training and meetings.
