A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor to work within one of the largest industrial sites in the UK has arisen. The Engineering Supervisor will be expected to lead by example, implement necessary changes and motivate their team to exceed expectations. As the Engineering Supervisor you will need to be multi-skilled and be competent working on both electrical and mechanical faults
Skills required for the Engineering Supervisor:
Management/ Leadership/ Supervisory experience
Electrical Engineering Qualification/ Time served
Experience working in a manufacturing environment/ industrial environment ( Print, Brick, Paper, Cement, Steel, Recycling, Quarry, Powerplant etc)
Electrical experience with Inverters, Drives, PLCs, Automation, Motors, Fault Finding, AC DC systems, relays, contactors, transformers, 3 phase
Mechanical hands on experience; Belts, bearings, chains etc
Must be flexible to work a callout rota- both travelling to site and telephone support
Strong Proactive attitude, and willing to lead by example
Be happy to work in an industrial environment
Strong understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Faults
