English Teacher (SEN)

Salary :
Educ8 are working with a challenging School based in West London.
They are seeking a positive, dynamic and enthusiastic English Teacher to teach key stage 3&4 students with special educational needs.
We will be interviewing for this position next week, anticipating a start date soon after. This is a full time (Mon-Fri) temp to perm position.
We are looking for:
* Experience of teaching in an environment through trainee placements or FT employment pupils with additional needs or SEND
* Excellent teaching methods
* High expectations of both self and students
* Effective communication skills
* Must be able to plan lessons for all the pupils in a class, setting clear learning intentions and differentiated tasks
* Set and mark classwork and homework and keep appropriate records in line with the school policy.
* Monitor, evaluate and report on the work of all students taught using school systems.
* QTS/PGCE or equivalent with excellent knowledge of the curriculum.
* Excellent references.
