A Factory Manager is required by a wholesale sandwich producer in Bradford.
Founded in 1991 by a husband and wife, they have become one of the UK’s longest serving independent wholesale sandwich producers.

Responsibilities & Experience
Overall responsibility for smooth running of factory.
Must have a track record of managing a team, as this is a key requirement. Need to manage staff from recruitment, training, staff development, etc. Able to sort out shift patterns.
Must have experience of working within the food industry.
A good understanding of technical side of food industry requirements as successful candidate will be expected to operate the technical systems and procedures of the company and maintain the BRC Grade A status.
Will be required to liaise with suppliers and customers and deal with any quality and technical issues on a daily basis.
Have good organisational skills and ability to keep all records and paperwork up-to-date
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
