Farm Worker
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum overtime, outstanding package
Our client is a leading agricultural business brand with outstanding facilities and career opportunities who have continued to grow.
This position as a tractor driver is available for one of the country's top farming firms, for a self-motivated individual who can work to a high standard and meet the demands and deadlines of a busy farm.
You will be an experienced farmhand/arable/agricultural worker and have tractor driving experience as a minimum. Willing to work outdoors and some unsociable hours.
Training to achieve sprayer operator status is available to tractor drivers wishing to progress their career.
* Must work well in a team and individually, working to a high standard with attention to detail.
* BE Trailer Licence would be preferred
* Forklift licence would be preferred
* Varied duties; , chemical spraying, machine operations/maintenance, straw laying or removing, polythene laying or removing, planting/harvesting
Full driving Licence required plus own transport
If you would like to work away from home, fully expensed, at a number of UK locations, with paid return to home each weekend, this is also offered. If you would prefer not to, that's possible too- just work at the Yorkshire base!
Commute from Howden/Goole/Brough/Market Weighton/York/Selby/Humberside/East Riding of Yorkshire/Humberside/Scunthorpe or North Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
