Fast Food Store Manager

Salary : £25000/annum D.O.E
Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global name who are looking for multiple Managers to join their team across Nottingham. They are looking for forward thinking individuals who put an emphasis on excellent service at all times. The post holder will be responsible for leading a team to delivering Customer Excellence. This is a full-time, permanent job post contracted to 42.5 hours per week (5 days).
Roles & Responsibilities
* Leadership – taking all management responsibility for a team of individuals, setting goals to exceed store targets are exceeded, taking full control over recruitment and rotas
* Operations Management – Ensure that all hours of operation are covered for the store and that goods in inventory is efficiently kept in order
* Staff member development – ensuring that all training and needs of workers are met
* Analysis of store performance ensuring that all standards relating to food safety are maintained
* Support on local marketing initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within fast-food industry preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* An obvious people leader with the ability to inspire others
* An awareness of relevant health and safety standards in the food industry
