We're on the lookout for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our client based in Rugby, Swift Valley.
As a Finance Assistant your responsibilities will include:
* Administer and assist with the day-to-day accounting functions including invoicing, payroll, and the preparation of month end year end accounts.
* To assist with bank statement and credit card reconciliation.
* Resolve any outstanding payments
* Prepare quarterly VAT Returns via Xero.
About You:
Do you have previous experience working as a Finance Assistant? To be considered for this role, you will be a passionate Finance Assistant with the ability to work in an organised manner. You will have skills that include, attention to detail, good communications skills, and have knowledge of using accounting software, ideally Xero along with Excel.
The details:
Benefits will include 28 days holiday per annum and pension scheme. You will be working with a lovely team. The role offers flexible working hours between Monday to Friday.
