Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum car allowance + bonus

Finance / Accounting Software Implementation Consultant for ERP solution projects; you will get cross training to our client’s highly regarded mid-range ERP solution which is mainly sold into the manufacturing, construction and distribution areas, but is very versatile and can fit into any market.

Salary to £50k plus car allowance and annual bonus and healthcare. This role can be based from home with time spent on client sites, but ideally you will live within 90 minutes of their Midlands office in Warwick.

Strong experience of implementing accounting / finance software solutions, working for a reseller, software vendor or software consultancy is required. Formal accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or FCCA would be advantageous, qualified or part-qualified.

So this role is for a Software Implementation Consultant who has strong experience implementing finance or accounting software and understands aspects such as A/P, A/R, Nominal ledger, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Expenses, Bank reconciliation, Reporting, Costing, Stock, WIP, Cost of Sales etc. If you have had a previous career or training in accountancy and finance, so much the better.

They are looking for someone who has spent several years working with finance systems doing full life cycle implementations. Ideally you will have worked with solutions such as Coda, Infor SunSystems, JDE, Sage Line 500, UNIT4 Agresso, OpenAccounts, Dynamics NAV, PS Financials, SAP Finance, NetSuite, Epicor, Exact, Infor, Access Accounts, IFS, Intact, Priority ERP, Dynamics GP, SAP Business One or similar.

You will work through the business processes gathering and documenting client requirements, conduct gap fit analysis and functional design, configure the solution to best meet these needs, test the software, manage the implementation and data migration, hand hold and train the end users and manage expectations through the process to go-live. You will be analytical, well organised, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and client facing skills.

Strong functional experience is required and ideally you will have worked in a client facing role.
