Salary : £40000 – £44000/annum Van, fuel, phone and laptop

Fire Doors Carpenter

* At least five years’ experience working with fire doors

* A strong background in carpentry and joinery

* NVQ 2 or equivalent in carpentry

* 3 years + fire doors install

* Site measurement/assessment for replacement and maintenance of fire doors

* Installation of fire doors in accordance with British Standard regulation and BM Trada Q-Mark and IFC schemes.

* Maintenance and repairs of fire doors in accordance with BM Trada Q-Mark and IFC schemes.

* Experience installing new sets

* Experience upgrading and maintaining existing doors and frames

* Experience working on social housing FRA/HMO contracts

Full UK driving license
