As a result of recent organisational change, we are now embarking on an important recruitment exercise for our client.
City FM are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer to look after a number of Large ASDA stores in the Northeast (Washington) Area.
Our client is flexible on where you are based as long as you live within the Northeast (Washington) Areas.
Job Purpose:
This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive service and maintenance on CCTV, Security and Fire Alarms within ASDA stores.
You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites
The purpose of this role is to carry out the technical repairs and PPM’s. You will ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date at ALL times.
All work will be completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down company Health and Safety policy.
You will be comfortable working across a number of sites with minimum supervision and have the capability to liaise with On-Site Managers. You will be qualified to City and Guilds electrical.
Ideal candidates will have FIA 1 & 5 but this is not essential, just preferred.

There is an on-call rota of 1 week in every 4.
