Position: Fleet Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £20,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm (1 hr lunch)
Shift: Day shift / 40 hrs Contract Permanent role
Job Purpose of the Fleet Administrator
The Fleet Administrator role will sit within the Fleet Management team at the Wolverhampton Head Office supporting the team with the processing of PCN’s. Excellent opportunity to progress your career within the company as excellent training will be offered.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator
• Processing penalty charge notices via the phone and email
• Liaising with customers over the phone and via email • Completing recharges
• Chasing payments and updating the internal system
Fleet Administrator experience required
• Administration experience
• Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi task
• Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
• Strong IT skills – internal systems, Microsoft excel, outlook etc
• Any fleet administration experience would be beneficial
