Location: Portbury
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am – 4:30pm
Igloo are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to work in the Portbury area near Bristol. The role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies who have operations across the country.
The Role:
* Provide support and co-ordinate all Fleet, Direct Supply and Additional Works customers’ requirements.
* Provide full management and maintenance of all Fleet, Direct Supply and Additional Works customers.
* Produce all necessary reports as required for all Fleet, Direct Supply and Additional Works customers.
* To use the AFRL system for pre-taxation and taxing of vehicles and maintain records as necessary.
* Manage all SORN and V5 applications on behalf of all Fleet, Direct Supply and Additional Works customers.
* Manage and maintain loose items/repatriation and all Spare key requests.
* To manage and maintain Fuel and Ply Lining Invoices for dealers.
* Liaise and instruct Departments to meet customer demands.
* To assist in aspects related to the Additional Works department to achieve Multi Skills and cover for holiday and sickness relief.
* Booking all vehicles for delivery through transport hauliers and plated delivery companies.
* Maintaining and update the database with call offs, delivery addresses and delivery dates.
* Daily management of the customer accounts.
* Ordering and returning of road fund licences.
* Pre-registering and taxing of vehicles as per Renault request.
* Ordering ply-lining and decals for van conversions as per customer request.
* Sending spare keys to customers as requested.
* To communicate and work well within a team and liaise effectively with colleagues.
* To undertake such other duties and responsibilities to meet the demands of the business and customers.
* General Administration duties as required.
Person Criteria Requirements:
The successful candidate will need to have the below attributes:
* Have a flexible attitude towards all depot activities.
* Ability to work under pressure at peak periods to meet vehicle ETA’s.
* Prioritisation of tasks and collect information effectively.
* Excellent computer skills with a knowledge and experience of manufactures/OEM systems and Microsoft office applications.
* Be receptive to working overtime when required.
* Has the motivation for progression within the business
