Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role:
Contract Options are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team on a flexible, temporary basis. You will be required to work across three different locations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a timely and professional manner
* Oversee kitchen operations, managing staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management
* Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring they are trained and maintain high standards
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards
* Flexibility to work across all three locations as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef, with a strong culinary background
* British nationality (due to site regulations)
* Basic DBS check (due to site requirements)
* UK driving licence (essential for travel between locations)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
