Required Experience & Skill
Minimum 12/14 months experience as Floor Manager in similar background
Experience with building a good relationship with the team and customers
High attention to detail with customers at focus
Motivated & passionate about developing team members
Determination and experience in delivering an incredible hospitable service
Strong background & understanding of the industry with the ability to support the group’s core values
Excellent team management, leadership & a team player.
