Job Purpose
To be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the Friends Programme transactions.
Main Responsibilities
* Process all receipts and payments via the computerised Financial Management system (FMS).
* To ensure all Receipts are allocated to the On-line Trip/Activity Web based System for Parents (Parentmail).
* To ensure all banking is prepared for the Friends Programme Account on a weekly basis.
* To ensure all trips organised by staff are made available to Parents to pay via the On-line Trip/Activity Web based System for Parents (Parentmail) in line with the deadlines set by the trip/organiser.
* Report when requested to trip organisers regarding trip status using the On-line Trip/Web based system for Parents (Parentmail).
* Raise and Co-ordinate all the payments for School Trips and Activities.
* Update all Parent records in preparation for the Gift Aid Return to HMRC.
* Update all Parent records in preparation for the Gift Aid Return to HMRC.
* Report on all subscriptions received monthly in line with HMRC Gift Aid guidelines.
* To deal with all student queries with regard to the Cashless Catering Biometric System.
* To answer queries from Parents regarding the On-line Trip/Activity Web based System for Parents, regarding registering and payments.
* To process invoices on to the computerised Financial Management System (FMS).
* To use computerised systems e.g. FMS, Excel, Parentmail (Online Payments System)
* To maintain up to date filing system.
* To perform any other duties when required with the Finance function
