Our client one of Surreys most respected Golf Courses currently have a fantastic opportunity to recruit their Food and Beverage Manager
Responsibilities
As Food and Beverage Manager/House Manager your role will involve the following:
– To take full responsibility and accountability for delivering a professional, industry-leading food and beverage operation which delivers, the best possible member and visitor experience
– To Deliver first class leadership and training to the front of house staff to deliver success as a team
– To Be a brilliant coach. Carry our regular staff performance reviews
– ToPro-actively sell internal and external functions
– To Improve sales and profitability of the House department, in line with agreed targets
– To Plan and manage beverage rotas to deliver the best service levels whilst achieving labour cost targets.
– To Liaise with the General Manager and Head Chef to Implement regular pricing and product reviews.
– To Manage Beverage stock by implementing and delivering robust and professional stock management and rotation procedures
– To Ensure that the whole House team is actively involved in promoting club events and the annual charity initiatives.
Requirements
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be required to have:
* Strong Leadership skills
* Know how to deliver great service through the team
* Proven experience within the Hospitality sector
* Keen interest in Golf
* Personal License Holder
Hours & Benefits
Full time on a 5/7 day rota
