Food and Beverage Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum
A successful and growing entertainment company is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to administrate and control all the food and beverage and photo booth points of sales commercialisation processes, through the implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards. The Food & Beverage Manager will train employees, improve customer satisfaction, and oversee various special events.

Key Responsibilities:
Define dishes and processed products for sale in the park points of sales focusing on the retail finished products (foods, candy & beverages)
Define the sales and packages promotion strategy for each point of sale, based on product movement indicators
Control new project investment costs and recovery, with the approval of the General Manager and Finance to develop the project
Keep a log on the unit’s budget and expenses
Take part in supplier selection by presenting quotes detailed on costs, delivery times and quality for adequate selection by the General Manager
Recruit / manage and train the F&B Team promoting good employee relations
Daily oversee the discipline, service, and adequate handling of foods at points of sales and support areas (kitchen) by means of the checklist execution
Analyse sales and rotation of products offered at the points of sales to maintain an adequate level of sales and inventory as well as their depuration
Provide support to the supply and elaboration of products offered by the different commercial areas (Parties, Events) to guarantee the service offered
Oversee the quality of foods served in the employee dining room
Plan Rota’s ensuring daily requirements are met
Stock Management and EPOS
Oversee the operation of the Food and Beverages points of Sales Staff
Oversee equipment usage and maintenance to keep them in optimal conditions
Select area candidates for hiring, as well as introduce them to their post
Keep an incidence log, and monitor staff absences
Motivate and lead all of your departments’ employees to perform their role to a high standard
Coordinate training to be taught to new F&B employee’s and do thorough evaluations & personnel development
Management of the day-to-day operation
Implementation and accountability for food hygiene standards
Continual focus of guest experience and customer service
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in food and beverages (hostelry, restaurants, or parks)
Have proven experience in product costing and recipe management
Inventory management and P&L analyses
Knowledge of sales promotions implementation
Excellent customer service
Good leadership, organisational, teamwork, communication, and numeracy skills
Management of products similar to those managed at theme parks
Salary £30,000 – £35,000
