At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an F&B Manager.
The Role
Fully responsible for the Front of House team within the F&B department. My client is looking for a hands on' manager who lives and breaths customer service. As the F&B Manager you will be responsible for the Hotel's Breakfast and Dinner service, along Bar and Meeting rooms. This would suit someone with previous hotel experience, within a Branded environment, and used to dealing with managing a team of colleagues. A passion for the delivery of a quality and friendly level of service to guests is essential.
Experience and Skills required
• Experience in working within a 3* deluxe environment, preferably in a similar position
Personal Characteristics
• A born leader
• Passion for food & beverage and amazing customer service
• Organized with excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Salary
• £11.00 per hour with weekly pay
