Food & Beverage Manager – Falkirk
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £34000/annum
PRS are working with a well known national retail group who are looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager for their busy site based in the Falkirk area. This is a permanent position with extensive company benefits – details of which can be provided at a later stage, as well as a basic starting salary of up to £34,000 p.a. dependent on experience. You will be managing a restaurant and cafe, daytime shifts, 5 days per week.
For this role, it is important that you can demonstrate strong knowlwdge aand experience of back of house operations as well as excellent customer communication skills. Ideally you might be a former Senior Chef who has moved into a front of house management position and is looking to progress.
