About the role:
NRL are looking for a Food Service Assistant to work for one of our leading clients based in the Engineering sector.
Ideal candidates will be expected to carry out all catering and food service duties, ensuring correct standards are maintained throughout the canteen and kitchen areas. Other daily duties include the following:
– Serving the food
– Working on the tills
– Keeping the canteen areas clean and tidy
– Supporting with basic food preparation
– Restocking shelves and vending machines
The right applicant will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work on own initiative and within a team environment. Previous experience in catering is desirable but not essential.
Rates of pay for this role range from £9.50 to £19.00 an hour, and requires working Monday to Friday for 30 hours a week
Due to the nature of this site, the successful candidate will need to undergo security clearance and a drug and alcohol test before gaining access to the site.
