Franchise/Admin Assistant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £30000/annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a High-End Jewellery company based in West London for an experienced Franchise/Admin Assistant. The Franchise team commercially optimize the relationship with Franchise Partner Accounts to make the most of Sales and Service opportunities and generally drive business and brand awareness in Franchise territories. The Franchise team deliver outstanding levels of customer service by handling all queries in a timely, professional and supportive manner. The main day to day duties will be:
* Responsible for preparing invoices in an efficient and timely manner, paying particular attention to financials used to ensure the invoice is accurate.
* Responsible for checking bank statements and balance before invoicing
* Arranging shipments by liaising with the Shipping and Allocation departments
* To be responsible for the filing of all information and record keeping as required
* Supporting the Franchise team with client enquiries, reports and presentations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in a luxury industry preferred with some knowledge of Shipping/Logistics. Excellent organisational and Admin skills along with being detailed oriented and strives for accuracy. You will have good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good level in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
