FREELANCE SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – £(Apply online only) PER DAY – NORTH WEST LONDON
Henry Martin Recruitment have been approached by a Residential Main Contractor who are seeking a strong, freelance/contract Senior Quantity Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract, which could lead to permanent employment for the right individual.
Our client has a built up an excellent reputation throughout the entire construction industry. With an increase in workload and new projects, they now require a driven and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on an existing residential development in North West London.
The project is a £50m new build RC-frame residential scheme over 8 blocks, that ranges from 6-8 storey’s high. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be proficient in managing their own sub-contractor packages, closing out final accounts, cost/value reporting, agreement of the final client variations and day-to-day monitoring of expenditure.
