The Company:
Our client is prestigious family-owned company with International operations.
Main duties:
To give administrative support to the sales team and provide excellent customer service.
The Role:
– To respond to customers enquiries via telephone and email
– To provide administrative support to the sales team
– To process orders through the system and provide quotations
– To process customer returns and refunds
– To update the product stocklist and prices according to promotions
– To assist with marketing related tasks
The Candidate:
– Fluency in French to Business Level – Essential
– Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
– Knowledge of Sage 50 and Adobe would be beneficial
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate
Salary: Up to £25,000 p.a. (pro rata)
