Front of House Staff Required
The Limes Country Lodge, a privately owned 27-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference, and wedding venue in Solihull, Warwickshire, is seeking Front of House staff to join our team.
We are seeking Front of House staff to join our expanding independent hotel and help us maintain our reputation for excellent service. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced and hospitality professional who is capable of assisting in running functions and managing day-to-day front of house operations.
As Front of House staff, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with weddings and functions, including shutdown
* Assisting in the restaurant
* Greeting guests
* Upselling to guests and working to maximize profitability.
* All aspects of bar work
* Ensuring all documentation is up to date and being hands-on in all aspects of the role.
To excel in this role, you should be a career-minded team player with a desire for a long-term position and be able to work independently and make your own decisions.
The position offers a salary of £19,000 – £24,000 per year, bonuses a a share of company profits.
