We're currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and seating of guests in the restaurant
Providing guests with correct menu and allergen information so they can make safe and informed choices
Production and service of hot and cold drinks (alcohol -based drinks are age dependant)
Service of plated breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea (evening meals only on specific events)
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, bar and back of house areas to set standards
Resetting of restaurant to set standards
Assisting with cleaning and polishing of glasses, crockery and cutlery
