Front Of House Manager

The Fox & Hounds in Blidworth Bottoms are currently seeking a highly talented and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee customer service, productivity, efficiency and ensuring a warm welcome is given to all of our new and returning customers.
You will take responsibility of our booking processes, overseeing daily operations and create a positive work environment for employees.
You will meet regularly with Directors to stay up to date with organisational changes, issues and potential improvements.
Core Responsibilities:
* Manage Daily Bookings
* Assess & improve processes and policies
* Undertake training for new hires
* Address Employee Complaints or Performance Issues
* Schedule Shifts
* Address customer issues & complaints
* Meet & Greet arriving customers
Requirements:
* Previous experience within the hospitality industry preferred.
* Customer Service Experience
* Knowledge of cash management
* Team Management skills
* Strong Organisational skills
* Problem Solving skills
* Available to work evenings & weekends
