Front of House Supervisor -brewery
We have a wonderful opportunity for a Front of House Supervisor with proven experience in hospitality to join an expanding and successful micro- brewery that is opening a new pub in the Tottenham area. The ethos of the independent brewery is to provide a chilled out, informal, high- quality and relaxing vibe for its clientele and a working environment that is professional, fun, and friendly. This is a full-time post where flexible evening and weekend work will be required. The salary is 26k for 45 hours
The Role of the Front of House Supervisor
You will be leading shifts ensuring quality customer service and an offering that ensures the highest level of comfort, enjoyment and safety for the clientele and staff teams. You will need to inspire the team to deliver delicious food. We are looking for someone with initiative, motivation, strong organisational skills, with a strong customer experience focus and an absolute passion for all things food and entertainment.
Main Accountabilities for the Front of House Supervisor
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver fantastic, excellent, friendly customer service
Training and development of the staff teams
Taking responsibility in the absence of the General Manager or the Assistant Manager
A passion and focus to drive sales throughout the shift
Qualifications & Experience for the Front of House Supervisor
Strong initiative and self -motivation
Experience of events desirable but not essential
Strong hospitality background and experience in similar role
Proven management and supervisory skills
Calm under pressure
Client focused with commitment to premium customer experience
Commitment to ensuring the workplace is safe and enjoyable for the staff teams
Experience with Epos, deliveries and stock taking
Food hygiene and health and safety experience
An interest to know more about craft beers and microbreweries
Desire to pursue a career in hospitality where you will be supported with your training and development
