We're looking for a full time bartender to work at a Private Members Club in Central London.
If you can demonstrate good attention to detailed skills, then you could be exactly what we're looking for.

Position Purpose
The role you are applying for is to support and work within the bar team, displaying and covering a variety of duties and responsibilities with the following information.

As a bartender you will be a creating, making and serving drinks for a members only club. Your knowledge and understanding of how to work on a bar is imperative. You must be able to work within a team as well as following your own initiative independently. Your duties may be inclusive of but not limited too; replenishing stock throughout your shift, making drinks orders as to guests’ expectation and menu and product knowledge of what is offered. You should be able to assist guests promptly and in a polite manner regardless of job assigned.

Key Responsibilities
·Understand and follow all front of house/bar duties
·Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
·Adhere to any guest and manager requests quickly and efficiently
·Able to confidently make and serve drinks to spec of venue
·Know how to open and pour wines with a good knowledge 
·Be immaculately dressed/well presented
·Competent in engaging with guests

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
·Fluent in English
·Friendly and team player
·Professional and polite
·Able to perform to set standards
·Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns
·Great attention to detail
·Able to work late nights in Central London and commute to and from the shifts

Proven Experience/Education Level
Experience within a similar environment is required, yet the right candidate displaying what we are looking for will be contacted also
