Full Time Waiting Staff
– We are currently looking for full time waiting staff at a very well respected client based in a village outside of Bicester
– Payrate is £11 per hour plus tips
– 45 hours per week including evenings and weekends
– Own transport essential due to location
– This role requires a sharp emotional intelligence, you must be capable of anticipating guests' needs and wants at all times, going that extra mile to exude truly exceptional service.
– Attend all scheduled shifts in a timely manner, a conscientious approach to timekeeping is required to ensure the smooth running of each service, and in consideration for all colleagues.
– Each shift should be fulfilled with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to be at work, providing a positive working environment for the team and a warm welcome for guests.
– Fulfil all training requirements, providing a knowledgeable enthusiasm for all products across both food and beverage. Recommend and up-sell products to drive spend per head.
– A diligent approach to preparation, mise en place and on shift organisation to ensure a professional and orderly environment.
– Attend daily staff briefings, paying close attention to direction from shift manager with regards to service notes, specials, and up-sell targets.
