Fulltime Kitchen Porters required to work for our client in the Leeds area. We need people who are hardworking, reliable and have good communications skills, flexible attitude at all times. Able to work on own and a team player
You will be working a 5 over 7 day weekly rota shift times vary depending on requirements.
Duties to include:
Working in the pan wash area manually clean pots and pans
Operate dishwasher, ensuring that all crockery and utensils are clean and placed in the appropriate storage area after cleaning.
Empty and clean dishwasher at the end of service and ensure area including underneath and behind equipment is clean.
Follow daily / weekly kitchen cleaning rota including heavy duty kitchen equipment including ovens and fryers, store area, cookers and fridges.
Empty Tray racks in Restaurant area ensuring areas clean and tidy.
Ensure rubbish is removed to external bins at regular intervals throughout the day.
Carry out any reasonable request of your line manager or supervisor.
Shift Times Vary working 5 days over 7.
