An exciting position has become available for full time Team Leaders to join a friendly team based in Orpington. The successful candidate will earn £30,000-£35,000 (plus overtime) depending on experience.

Role Requirements
NVQ L3 Horticultural qualification
A minimum of 3 years team leader experience
A good eye for detail, punctual & reliable with a good work ethic
Good knowledge of plants, garden maintenance & the tools used (power & hand)
Good organisational skills, well presented & good communication skills
An enthusiastic & passionate attitude towards their work
Clean driver’s licence.
Role Responsibilities
General garden maintenance including lawns, pruning of shrubs, hedge cutting & flower beds
Schedule yourself & your team to undertake your work to a high standard
H&S checks including regular checks on equipment, PPE & tools
Run regular Audits – to include Van defect checks tools, uniform, materials onsite & in the yard
Liaise with site & facilities managers
