Gardener/Landscaper
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £35000/annum
Our client has been established for over 30 years supplying a range of garden services including garden construction and grounds maintenance to clients across Sussex and Kent. They are currently looking for a Gardener/Landscaper to join their hardworking team based in Burwash.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar position, hold a good knowledge and understanding of grounds maintenance as well as possess excellent customer service skills. You must hold a valid UK Driving License and own transport as you will be required to collect your van as well as team members from the company headquarters each morning.
As a Gardener/Landscaper you will be required to undertake a wide range of duties, using tools and machinery to complete jobs to the highest of standards.
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
Demonstrable experience within a similar position
Possess excellent customer service skills
Have a good knowledge and understanding of grounds maintenance
Strong plant knowledge is essential
Be a strong team player
A valid DBS certificate, PA1 and PA6 Licenses
Hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence as well as own transport is essential
Your duties as a Gardener/Landscaper will include:
Performing a wide range of grounds maintenance
Operating tools and machinery
Completing jobs to the highest of standards
Following customers specifications
Unloading supplies and materials
Salary:
£28,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7am – Approximately 4pm
