General Assistant in Airline Catering

We're looking for a talented General Assistant to work for one of the Airline Catering company in Gatwick airport .
If you can demonstrate working as part of a team in a fast paced environment, then you could be exactly what they're looking for.
Please note: In this position you'll be needed to work at weekends and work shifts in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

The Role:
As the General Assistant you'll report to the Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for general warehouse duties.
In the job you'll be tasked with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, sorting, washing, preparing food etc.
The standard working hours for this position are 8 hours shift- early shift.

The Candidate:
To be considered for the General Assistant role you'll need to be able to demonstrate working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
In addition, you'll need the following:
– Minimum 1 years' experience in picking & packing
– Good work ethic
– Good communication skills
– The ability to work calmly under pressure
– Excellent customer service skills
– Some warehouse background
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– Flexible
– Reliable
– Able to work on a full time basis
– Keen and have a "can do attitude"
– Able to Provide us last 5 years history
– Be prepared to undergo UK Criminal Record Check
