The Robin Hood Pub is a friendly and family orientated pub, that has been around for 700 years. The pub has a wood burner, two bars, formal dining in the conservatory and gardens that offer food. The setting for this position is beautiful, boasting an amazing venue.
This is a very exciting chance to be part of something special.
The role is very creative and hands-on, you will be working back of house in the office carrying out administrative duties, and front of house running and overseeing food and beverage daily operations.

What will your role as a General Bar Manager look like?
To ensure that all customers are satisfied with the function or event, dealing with special requests, issues and complaints if and as they arise
Ensure that customers are served in the correct manner by professional and friendly staff
Assist in the service at all times within the Food & Beverage Department as requested
To liaise with your General Manager as to the implementation and enforcement of all appropriate rules and operating procedures
To be a role model for junior staff in terms of attitude work ethic, service and knowledge
