we are looking for a Geraral /Catering assistant for a busy outlet in South Kensington
part time 11am till 3pm
Monday to Friday

General Assistant must effectively operate a cash register
*
Carry out basic food preparation
*
General Assistant to serve food and beverages in line with service standards
*
To be aware of and adhere to Catering department’s portion control guidelines
*
General Assistant to maintain a safe working environment in compliance with statutory Food Hygiene / Health & Safety policies
*
To be aware of and adhere to fire procedures
*
Store and restock foodstuffs
*
Clear, clean and polish crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils
*
General Assistant to clean and maintain floors and all equipment in kitchens, and service areas, in line with cleaning schedules
*
To lay up and clear dining furniture and counters
