Interaction Hospitality are looking for the ultimate General Manager to join one of the best Gastro Pubs group around. This role would suit an experienced General Manager, who is not only well versed in quality fresh food, but also delivering seamless service in a massively busy setting.

About You
You will have at least 3 years in a General Manager role within a similar property
You will be a hands-on operator, as well as the perfect host
Your track record in Gastropubs will be exemplary and your service levels will match this
You will be the focal point for the venue and have overall control over all aspects of the business
The Role
Heading up the senior management team, you will manage the day-to-day business
Reporting to the MD, you will be accountable for the team’s performance and KPIs
Everyone will know you – not only will you be the perfect restaurant manager, you will be the ultimate publican
You must be a big personality – this is a demanding role and requires someone who has a smile on their face even during the busiest of services!
