Holy Moly is an independent Harlem inspired restaurant which is based in the heart of the Harborne community. We are looking for a General Manager that will put their heart and soul into this magnificent venue.
Do you have the enthusiasm and passion to continue to grow the business? Ensuring the Harlem vibes ring out into the community?
You will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant including budgeting and marketing.
You will have the unique opportunity to have free reign (within reason) to relaunch Holy Moly using all social media platforms to ensure a sell-out restaurant week in / week out! You will have 100% support; we need 100% from you. You will be rewarded with shares in the business when targets are reached.
