Salary: £40,000 to £42,500 p.a. + 10% bonus
Location: City Airport, London E16
45-hour shift
Our client, a well-established hospitality company that is looking for an experienced manager who is a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a people person attitude who is able to manage this £20,000 per week busy counter that offers coffees and snack in the day and beers and cocktails from afternoon to evening. You will also be managing a team of 5-6 staff.
You will work a 45-hour shift and the opening hours are: –
Monday to Friday 5:30am to 10pm
Saturday 6am to 12midday
Sunday 12midday to 9pm
Key responsibilities include:
* Day to day management and reporting of financial KPIs including labour costs, food and liquor GPs and operational expenses.
* Setting and managing rotas.
* Supervising, managing and mentoring staff.
* Ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained.
* Ensuring all key administrative tasks are completed promptly, including HR and health and safety compliance.
Ideal candidate
* Restaurant management experience within a similar turnover café or restaurant site.
* Experience of leading a team of 5-6 staff.
* A confident self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* A desire to learn and grow with us as a company.
* A love of hospitality and providing customers with exceptional service
