Graduate Trainee – The Role:
We're seeking talented graduates for a one-year placement on a historic farming estate. You'll rotate through various roles, gaining hands-on experience and discovering new skills. You'll be provided with necessary training and equipment, and tasked with taking on projects related to each role. This is a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of working life on the Estate and demonstrate your time management and organization skills.
Graduate Trainee – Responsibilities:
Over the year you will get a unique and exciting opportunity to spend time working in several aspects of Estate life to include but not limited to:
– Estate Management
– Heritage Breed Cattle management
– Grounds-Keeping
– Massingberd-Mundy Products (Estate branded produce)
– Finance
Graduate Trainee – The Candidate:
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and hardworking graduates with a willingness to get involved. We don’t have a preference for which degree you have studied but we would like to encourage applications from the local community in-line with the Estate’s vision to invigorate the local area.
