The Role – An Overview:
This position is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of our broadcast and video content production, to increase viewership, engagement and subscriptions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

* Support the development and execution of a broadcast strategy and schedule for the company and its associated projects, pilots and initiatives to increase viewership, brand awareness and subscriptions.

* Produce and manage broadcasts onsite for events, and relevant projects, including developing the stream package, organising talent, and producing the livestream from a dedicated streaming/interview/editing room on-site.

* Manage and produce all aspects of video content production including concept development, pre-production planning, logistics, and post-production.

* Research and liaise with local talent to build a stream team

* Collaborate with social media, operations and inbound marketing to create a wide range of user-facing video resources and captivating content.

* Produce motion graphics as well as 2D and 3D assets. Work with the creative team to curate music playlists for broadcasts

* Collaborate with the graphic designer to develop a suite of visual assets to support all aspects of pre/post video production in line with schedule.

* Work to video production budgets and schedules for pre and postproduction.

* Curate and manage company’s video content library, organise and catalogue video assets, ensuring they are properly labelled and stored in a centralised location that is easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

* Stay up to date with all the latest video and live broadcast trends, specific platform features, emerging digital technologies, and seek relevant training where necessary.

* Provide support, collaboration and iteration on additional projects when required, including but not limited to external partners and video production teams.

* Attend shows and events where required to provide onsite live recording services (streaming) and or dedicated content capture.

* Be a representative at physical and online events where appropriate.

* Occasional content collaboration with external stakeholders and other associations.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience in broadcast and live stream production.

* Demonstrable experience in video content production.

* Technical knowledge and experience of VMix and OBS.

* Experience with streaming platforms, such as Twitch and YouTube

* Working knowledge and experience with video and audio editing software such as Adobe Suite and DaVinci Resolve.

* Experience with 2D/3D motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender or Maya.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.

* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively under pressure.

* Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

* Available for travel and willingness to work flexible hours and the occasional weekend.

* Enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training will be required for this role.
