The role will require the translation of customer needs and business requirements into on-brand, modern, functional design using a variety of creative methods.
You will play a key role in design, video production, sound recording & photography.
Job description
We are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, has an eye for detail and who is passionate about all things in digital media.
You will have the opportunity to support and lead in a variety of projects across many parts of the business:
Helping to solve business needs by using creative and compelling digital and design skills
Use design principles and brand guidelines to create professional digital products
Collaborate with the corporate communication team and other stakeholders or suppliers to ensure a consistent high-quality service from start to finish.
Manage the pre-production and production processes: conceptualising, coordinating and designing to a final product, ensuring business needs, quality and budgets are met
Support colleagues in shooting and editing studio and location footage including interviews, pieces to camera, promotional videos for campaigns and events.
Image creation, editing and enhancements, using appropriate techniques and methods
Please note you will need to be flexible with your hours due to business demands and be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will be required to travel to other HMLR locations, with the possibility of overnight stays.

Person specification
To be successful in this role you must hold a qualification in media production, or other related subject at A level or higher or equivalent practical on the job experience.
You will have demonstrable experience of working with design briefs and brand guidelines and an understanding of production, business priorities and timeframes, with the ability to present, communicate and influence stakeholders effectively.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in production, design and editing skills with creative software including Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, as well as Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro and Motion using appropriate techniques and methods.
You will be experienced in digital video production and editing to a good standard and experienced using video cameras & DSLR cameras to shoot footage and images.
