Ground Maintenance
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10.80/hour Plus Holiday Pay
We are currently looking for Ground Maintenance operatives for ongoing work. The main duties to include;
· General weeding / spraying of paths and shrub beds
· Lawn maintenance and cultivation
· Maintaining paths, lawns, flower beds, shrubs are free from litter and detritus
· Using and maintenance of hand tools and basic light machinery and plant
Successful candidates should be
· Experienced in a Grounds Maintenance
· Hold a full UK driving license and a trailer license
· Certificates of competence in compact tractor operations and use of tractor mounted implement
· Experience of using Ride-on and self-propelled pedestrian mowers, strimmers, brush cutters and hedge cutters would be an advantage
· Certificate of competence for pesticides spraying (PA1 & PA6) is desirable
· Experience of undertaking landscaping and grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting within a professional environment
· Experience in horticulture services and soft landscaping, hard landscaping experience would be an advantage
