A Landscape/Grounds Maintenance Operative with a passion for gardening is required to join a team maintaining a beautiful development to a very high standard.
As a Landscape/Grounds Maintenance Operative, your responsibilities will include the following:
* Grass mowing using rear rollers
* Lawn care
* Hedge cutting
* Pruning
* Planting
* Watering
* Weeding
* Mulching
* Control of pests and diseases
* Weekly Health & Safety reporting: equipment checklists, vehicle reports etc.
We are looking for a Landscape/Grounds Maintenance Operative who has the following skills and experiences:
* The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years garden maintenance experience.
* A minimum of Level 2 in horticulture is preferred.
* Good plant knowledge, working knowledge of tools and machinery used in garden maintenance and a full Clean UK Driving licence are essential.
* PA1/PA6 qualifications are preferred.
In addition to a competitive £20,000 – £25,000 salary, our client will also provide continuous training, industry specific courses and a career path development structure are provided for employees who wish to progress within the company. A company vehicle is provided for onsite use but is not to be used for commuting to and from work.
