Grounds Maintenance Operative
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £9.50 – £10.50/hour
Our client based on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join their team on a seasonal basis.
Key responsibilities:
Grounds maintenance in public housing spaces and housing authority residences to include:
* Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, weeding and hedge cutting
* Ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely and to the highest standard
* Operating various tools and machinery such as a hedge strimmer
* Being responsible for the general upkeep of the designated areas
* Other various duties as and when required
Requirements:
No experience is required as full training will be provided. Physical fitness is a must due to the nature of the role. Own transport is required due to the location of the depot.
Hours:
7am to 3pm Mon – Fri
