Temp to perm positions offering security and experience within Grounds Maintenance / competitive starting salary
Proactive Personnel are working with a family ran local, contracting company who are looking to add to their Grounds Maintenance team.
You will receive – Grounds Maintenance Operative:
* Sociable working hours – Mon – Fri on days
* Competitive basic salaries ranging from £20,000 – £26,000.
* Annual bonus.
* Overtime available and paid at premium rate.
* 1 day per week off in the winter season – paid.
* Substantial benefits package, increasing with length of service.
Responsibilities – Grounds Maintenance Operative:
* Grass Cutting.
* Shrub bed maintenance.
* Shrub and hedge pruning.
* Weed control, herbicide application and litter picking.
* Line marking and customer liaison.
* Operation of PDA to plan and record service delivery and quality.
