What's the job?
They've just invested in yet another site in the local vicinity, so you'll definitely be busy and this well renowned ornamental grower.
As a grower, there shouldn't be any surprises in the day-to-day responsibilities.
Pest management, irrigation, weeding and communicating with the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time.
You'll be supporting in new product development – which is always rewarding.
What do I need?
For this level, you'll already be working in a commercial nursery. Ideally, you'll have your spray certificates and be able to put this into practice straight away.
You'll have the technical knowledge and understand phrases like transplanting and irrigation.
You might have worked with another crop, or just want something on a bigger and better scale. Either way, we want to hear from you.
