This highly ambitious business now needs a very capable and practical individual that will pro-actively assist the Managing Director with day-to-day responsibility for baby leaf production managing all details of the farming operation as required. You will consider all options to raise standards, increase productivity, develop new crops, manage a small team and hit budget. You will need to manage a range of precision field crops so specific hands-on experience will be a distinct advantage. You will need to have the appetite to be a leading contributor to a farming business that have plans to grow significantly within the next few years.
