About the opportunity
Our Head Chefs are responsible for the consistent delivery of exceptional food, kitchen standards and the development of new and exciting menus, whilst leading and motivating a large kitchen team.

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals who thrive off the daily challenges faced in a fast-paced kitchen; you will take ownership of curating weekly and seasonal menus and be the driving force behind the success of your restaurant.

About the candidate
We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed…

* Experience working as a Sous chef or Head Chef in a full-service restaurant – Essential

* Menu planning & recipe development skills

* Staff planning and resourcing skills and an understanding of payroll control

* Able to work in a very busy kitchen under pressure
